START HERE
- Open Microsoft Outlook Express.
- From the menu bar, click on
"Tools" then "Accounts".
The following step corresponds to the above image.
- To configure Outlook Express to read your e-mail,
click on the "Add" button, then click on "Mail".

The following steps correspond to the above image.
- Type in your name as you want it to appear in
outgoing e-mails
(John Smith, The Smith Family).
- Click on the "Next" button.

The following steps correspond to the above image.
- Enter your e-mail address in the box labeled
"E-mail address:"
(username@psnw.com).
- Click on the "Next" button.

The following steps correspond to the above image.
- "POP3" should be selected as the incoming mail server.
- The "Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server:"
should be
mailhost.psnw.com
- The "Outgoing mail (SMTP) server:"
should be
mailhost.psnw.com
- Click on the "Next" button.

- For the "Account name:", enter your full e-mail address.
- Enter your password in the box
labeled "Password".
- Check the box labeled "Remember
password" to save the password.
- The box labeled "Log on using
Secure Password Authentication (SPA)
should be unchecked.
- Click on the "Next" button.

- Click on the "Finish" button.
- To configure Outlook Express to read newsgroups,
click on the "Add" button, then click on "News".
The following steps correspond to the above image.
- Type in your name, as you want it to appear in newsgroup posts
(John Smith, The Smith Family).
- Click on the "Next" button.

The following steps correspond to the above image.
- In the box labeled "E-mail address:" enter
your e-mail address
(username@psnw.com).
- Click on the "Next" button.

- In the box labeled "News (NNTP) server:" enter
news.psnw.com
- Click on the "Next" button.

The following steps correspond to the above image.
- Contact psnw.com for the user name and password
for the news server and enter them in the appropriate boxes.
- The box labeled, "Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)"
should be unchecked.
- Click on the "Next" button.
